Relaxation music Rain *Nature sounds *Piano music *Thunder* Lightning*

    Can you hear that?

Rain drumming on a window pane. Accompanied by soft piano music.

Welcome to Relaxing Sounds, your podcast for relaxing nature sounds and music, I’m glad you found your way here.

Today I invite you to imagine making yourself comfortable on a rainy evening. You’re inside, maybe in bed, maybe in the conservatory. It’s thundering outside, sometimes with lightning and thunder. And you relax in your own way and with your thoughts.

The music gets quieter and quieter and ends after about 1.5 hours. Then you listen to the rain for another 3.5 hours or so.

Incidentally, rain is particularly good for sleeping. In a study, two US scientists found that the longer people listened to the sound of rain, the longer they stayed in a restful deep sleep.

Satin Serenade: Soft music and sounds to dream away and fall asleep

Relaxation works here. I help you to calm down and fall asleep.

Satin Serenades invites you on a journey of gentle sounds. Each note a whisper that lets you sink further and further into relaxation. Perhaps you imagine you are in a forest, the sun’s rays making their way through the leaves and you are watching a colorful butterfly. Or maybe you’re sitting on a vast alpine pasture, gazing into the distance – and at what’s to come.
